I owned a small CPA firm for ten years before I started building this.
Four staff, three locations, mostly tax and bookkeeping work. The kind of practice the rest of the country runs on.
Like everyone else, I duct-taped a stack of vendor tools together to run it — TaxDome for the portal, CCH Document for archive, TicTie for review, TaxGPT for research, separate apps for engagement letters and bulk client comms. Five-figure software bills every year. A different login for every tool. New seasonal staff onboarded on whichever system was breaking that week.
None of those products were bad. They were built by people who had never had to hold a January together, so each one solved its own piece cleanly and left the seams to me. The seams were the job.
I kept thinking someone would build the obvious thing — one platform for the whole practice, designed by someone who had actually sat in our chair. Nobody did.
So I’m building it.

One price, and nothing behind it
$129 per user per month, every module on every seat. No tiers, no per-module pricing, no feature held back for a plan above yours. When a product's pricing page needs a comparison table, the product is being designed around the table.
We tell you the awkward parts before you buy
The comparison pages say where competitors still lead. The migration page lists what does not come across from your old system, because a firm that finds that out in week two has been mis-sold. We would rather lose a deal at week zero than win one that unravels in February.
The model never gets the last word
AI reads documents, drafts research and proposes duties. Where a document is filed, whether a citation holds up, what a number should be — those are decided by rules, by checks against the source, or by you.
Nothing fails silently
A disabled button says why. A background write that failed says so. A sync that cannot resolve something lists it instead of skipping it. This is a standing rule in the codebase, not a tone of voice, and it is the one most often broken and most often fixed.
Where this goes
Practice is module one. Marketing, Books and Payroll are separate products on the same client record, and they are priced separately when they ship — the roadmap on the home page carries the dates, and none of them are included in the $129 seat.
We would rather say that plainly than let a roadmap do the selling.
